Spotting scopes. The 25-75x85 spotter is our take on a do-it-all outdoor scope: BAK4 prisms, fully multi-coated optics, a waterproof nitrogen-filled body, angled eyepiece, and a case that survives travel. It works for birding, target ranges, and casual daytime astronomy.
Microscopes. Our Kids Pocket Microscope uses a 2.1" LCD screen instead of an eyepiece — six LED lights, 100× to 1000× magnification, and photo/video capture onto a 32GB card. Built for ages 8–12 to use on their own.
Eyepieces & accessories. 1.25" Plossl eyepieces in 6mm, 10mm, and 20mm, plus a 1080P WiFi eyepiece camera that streams directly to your phone. They fit most Celestron, Orion, and Sky-Watcher scopes in addition to Koolpte.

For kids or travel, the 50mm / 360mm or 70mm / 400mm. For a capable all-rounder, the 90mm / 700mm or 90mm / 900mm with the slow-motion AZ mount. For serious deep-sky observing, the 130EQ reflector on its equatorial mount.
The aluminum tripods are stiff enough to hold alignment while you focus and adjust, but they are still travel tripods — they are not the solid steel mounts you see on observatory-class scopes. The slow-motion knobs on the 90mm Vertisteel AZ line give the steadiest framing of the lineup.
No. Each telescope ships with multiple eyepieces, a finder scope, a phone adapter, and the mount and tripod. Eyepieces are sold separately in 6mm, 10mm, and 20mm 1.25" Plossl if you want to expand later.
Yes. The 50mm / 360mm and 70mm / 400mm refractors are the friendliest for ages 8+. The 1000× Kids Pocket Microscope is designed end-to-end for children — small enough to hold, with an LCD screen so they are not squinting through an eyepiece.
Telescopes are built for the night sky and astrophotography; the image is inverted, and the mounts are optimized for tracking stars. Spotting scopes give an upright, terrestrial image and are built for birding, target shooting, and daytime long-range viewing. The 25-75x85 works for both at a pinch, but the telescopes are the right tool for astronomy.
Blow off dust first, then use a dedicated optical cleaning fluid and a microfiber cloth (we include one). Never wipe a dry lens with a shirt or tissue — that is how coatings get scratched.

The spotting scopes are built for it. The telescopes can be used for land viewing too with a lower-power eyepiece — just note that astronomical telescopes give an inverted image unless you add an erecting prism.
